📦 Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags.
  • Worn, damaged, or scented products will not be accepted.

📸 Unboxing Video Required

To process returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product
  • Defective item


You must provide a clear unboxing video, showing the sealed package being opened and the product clearly visible.


No video = No refund/return in such cases.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are allowed, based on stock availability.
  • If the size is not available, a full refund will be issued.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Free for wrong, defective, or damaged items (with valid video).
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, size issues), return shipping may be borne by the customer or self-shipped.
